Our Energy and Process subsector, a key component of WSP’s ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients from coast to coast. From small installations to multi-phase integrated megaprojects, we can support your upstream, midstream, or downstream oil and gas activities and energy transition markets at all stages of the project lifecycle, anywhere in the world. We are focused on providing design, engineering and environmental services that contribute to climate adaptation and mitigation, sustain the use and protection of water and marine resources, protect and restore biodiversity, and support our clients as they transition to low carbon solutions. To meet our growth challenges, WSP is currently seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join our teams located any one of our Canadian offices with preference for Calgary, AB, Moncton, NB, Kitchener, ON.

Join our vibrant and rapidly expanding team across Canada, where you'll tackle complex energy projects from initial concepts to detailed engineering. As a Lead Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront, leading projects in a client-facing role, collaborating with various disciplines to ensure we exceed our project goals. Your responsibilities will span project planning, scheduling, estimating, risk assessments, proposal submissions, and more. If you have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Lead on similar projects and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
