Customer Program Manager - Engineering

Overview

This project management position resides within the Distribution Design and Customer Connections (DDCC) organization and is responsible for the delivery of strategic segments of customer connection work. This role will project manage a large volume of high-profile, time-sensitive customer projects and will leverage and build relationships across multiple internal stakeholders to successfully deliver projects that meet mandated timelines and objectives.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for project management activities including planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting on project tasks by using advanced skills in Microsoft Office as well as project management programs to fulfill business needs.
• Work with internal delivery partners in Distribution Design, Engineering, Line Field Operations, Construction Services, Program Contract Management, Environment, Indigenous Relations, and Safety to successfully deliver the program.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain strong influential working relationships with key operational groups, including Key Accounts.
• Monitor, forecast, control, and report on monthly program progress while providing project status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
