YOUR DAY TO DAY :
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-value NPD, IRAD, and customer-driven hardware programs from post-sale through industrialization and delivery. This role owns scope, schedule, budget, and risk and serves as the primary execution interface for customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in custom, regulated hardware programs, is comfortable managing multi-million-dollar programs, and can operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-site environment. This role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to balance commercial, technical, and operational priorities while driving predictable execution.
