Job Title : CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC machines. You will work with a variety of CNC lathes, including brands such as Morisaki, Okuma, Hyundai, Doosan, and Miyano. The role involves both low and high production runs, depending on the project needs.

Work Environment

You will start on the AM shift for training, operating from 6 AM to 2 : 30 PM, then transition to the afternoon shift (2 PM - 12 : 30 AM) from Monday to Thursday. The facility is equipped with maintained equipment and provides clear work instructions. The environment is conducive to health and wellness and supports a vertically integrated process, ensuring a steady workflow and stable employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines.
• Work on PM shifts, handling both horizontal and vertical mills.
• Utilize Master CAM for programming and operate various machines, including Doosan, FANUC, and Fidel.
• Perform setups and operations for CNC machining.
• Program and operate 3-axis milling machines.
• Work with materials like aluminum, bronze, and steel to produce finished products.
