CIMA+’s Environment and Earth Sciences Department is currently looking for an administrative assistant for its Montreal office.
In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and technical aspects to ensure that projects run smoothly. You will collaborate with the entire team of engineers, biologists and other professionals in carrying out their activities.
We offer a flexible hybrid work mode, allowing you to work from home and from our offices.
Main responsibilities :
Proofread, correct and format various documents (reports, letters, service offers, meeting minutes, presentations, project sheets, etc.).
Operations support :Create service offers and projects in the various platforms
Monitor and update information in management systemsWelcome and integrate new team members and answer their questionsRespond to requests from project managers and directorsComplete purchase orders and assist with billing tasksTransmit expense accountsPerform all other administrative tasks related to operational supportQualifications
College or vocational diploma (DCS, ACS or DVS) in secretarial, communications, office automation or other relevant fieldMinimum three (3) years’ experience in an administrative support role, ideally in the engineering or environmental fieldExcellent command of spoken and written French and EnglishProficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat ProA constant concern for a job well doneIn addition to financial compensation, CIMA+ offers :
