CIMA+’s Environment and Earth Sciences Department is currently looking for an administrative assistant for its Montreal office.

In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and technical aspects to ensure that projects run smoothly. You will collaborate with the entire team of engineers, biologists and other professionals in carrying out their activities.

We offer a flexible hybrid work mode, allowing you to work from home and from our offices.

Main responsibilities :

  • Document preparation :

Proofread, correct and format various documents (reports, letters, service offers, meeting minutes, presentations, project sheets, etc.).

  • Operations support :
  • Create service offers and projects in the various platforms

  • Monitor and update information in management systems
  • Welcome and integrate new team members and answer their questions
  • Respond to requests from project managers and directors
  • Complete purchase orders and assist with billing tasks
  • Transmit expense accounts
  • Perform all other administrative tasks related to operational support
  • Qualifications

  • College or vocational diploma (DCS, ACS or DVS) in secretarial, communications, office automation or other relevant field
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an administrative support role, ideally in the engineering or environmental field
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • A constant concern for a job well done
