MDSearch is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an exclusive Veteran and RCMP healthcare and administration clinic in Bedford, that offers innovative treatments and comprehensive services tailored to the unique needs of our patients, with a focus pension assessments and non-invasive shockwave therapy for ED and MSK.
In this role, you will provide assessment and care, utilizing shockwave therapy services to treat patients with erectile dysfunction. Training on equipment usage will be provided.

The compensation is $75 per hour = $156,000 per year + benefits.
The clinics provide relocation assistance, including coverage of moving expenses and a relocation bonus. Extensive on-site training and continuous support are provided. Open to new graduates.

Requirements
Current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Nova Scotia as a nurse practitioner in good standing. Master of Science (Nursing) or a Masters in a relevant discipline is preferred. Ability to conduct clients’ interviews and examinations, develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, while integrating evidence-based health promotion practices Demonstrated ability to work as a member of the interdisciplinary team and to function within a collaborative practice model. Effective leadership capabilities, including but not exclusive to teaching, mentoring, and supporting shared care models. Additional professional liability coverage is required; additional relevant professional memberships are an asset. Experience / confidence in working independently, with high degree of self-direction and strong organizational skills. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) including conflict resolution skills. Ability to use information technology (e.g. Microsoft Office and electronic medical records). Basic Life Support certification is required
