ROLE AND BACKGROUND :
Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing systems, processes, and campaigns. This role will be responsible for managing marketing automation, overseeing HubSpot campaigns, and ensuring that our marketing data is accurate, actionable, and insightful. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the success of our campaign efforts, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- HubSpot Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and marketing workflows within HubSpot. Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Marketing Automation : Implement, monitor, and optimize marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing, scoring, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Data Management & Reporting : Maintain the accuracy of marketing data within HubSpot and other CRM systems. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as lead conversions, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Lead Management : Own the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring leads are captured, nurtured, and delivered to sales in a timely manner. Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and alignment.
- Database Segmentation : Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized marketing communications.
- Cross-Channel Integration : Ensure that data and processes across marketing channels (email, social, web) are integrated to provide a seamless customer journey and holistic reporting.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, systems, and tools. Implement best practices in campaign execution, tracking, and reporting to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaboration : Partner with the content, digital marketing, and sales teams to align campaign efforts with broader company objectives. Act as a liaison between marketing and sales operations to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Marketing Technology Stack : Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring proper integration and functionality of tools such as HubSpot and analytics software.
Qualifications :
Education : Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience : 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with a focus on managing HubSpot or similar.Preferable experience within Fintech and / or SaaS industryStrong experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign tracking.Skills :
Proven experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, including setup, segmentation, execution, and reporting.Strong understanding of data management and reporting, with the ability to analyze and derive insights from data.Familiarity with marketing and sales alignment processes, lead scoring, and pipeline management.Experience with A / B testing, personalization, and performance optimization in campaigns.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in HubSpot (Essential), Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms. Experience with marketing reporting tools and databases.
