They are now looking for a Head of Retail Media to lead the charge in accelerating an exciting line of business at the intersection of advertising, technology, and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s Retail Media strategy, designing a best-in-class media offering that unlocks new revenue, deepens brand partnerships, and enhances the user experience on one of Canada’s most visited digital platforms.
The Head of Retail Media will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for advertising across the platform. This includes identifying commercial opportunities, building partnerships with major brands and agencies, and ensuring the right technical and operational foundations are in place. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – from product and engineering to marketing, partnerships, and analytics – to integrate media capabilities and track campaign performance, while also collaborating with international counterparts to adapt global best practices to the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative leader with deep expertise in digital advertising and retail media. You’ve successfully built and scaled media strategies, negotiated with high-value partners, and led teams through complex, high-growth phases. You have a strong command of performance analytics and campaign optimization, and you’re excited about the opportunity to create something new in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment. You bring energy, creativity, and clarity of vision to your work – and you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are setting the strategic roadmap.
