Sales Associate – Print & Services (Staples Canada)

Staples Canada is looking for a Sales Associate to join our Print & Services team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing in‑store print production, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in‑store print production and handle transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies.
