We are looking for an Advisor Drafting and Quality Assurance who will provide senior level technical guidance and expertise in support of day to day drafting work. This includes assigning work to internal teams and coaching / mentoring them to complete the work. The role is also responsible to perform quality assurance reviews for drafting.

Salary Range : $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 CAD based upon experience. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.

What You Will Do

• Assign drafting work to drafting team to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to drafting team.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on Construction Planning Workbooks, Maximo Work Orders, drafting OTC packages, and completed construction drawings and markups.
• Ensure adherence to drafting standards and accuracy of technical documentation.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of training sessions for drafting and markup teams.
• Schedule, create, and present monthly updates on process changes and drafting / markup-related information.
• Act as a liaison with the Construction Alignment team to provide input on standards, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational drafting standards.
