Job descriptionShipping, receiving, documentation, and inventory of products incoming and outgoing from the warehouse. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments against packing slips or purchase orders. Accurately label, sort, and store incoming parts in designated locations. Pick and pack parts orders for internal departments, customers, and branch transfers. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and carrier coordination. Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory transactions in the system. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving area. Communicate with the parts team and other departments to ensure timely processing of orders. Maintains the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition. Participating in inventory counts. Attend all training sessions to update technical knowledge. Drive company vehicle to receive and deliver parts when required. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in shipping / receiving. High school diploma or equivalent. Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment. Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Excellent Computer skills to maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts, and other computer work that may be required. Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift. Hold and maintain a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean drivers abstract. Excellent communications skills both verbally and written. Forklift experience is an asset (training will be provided). Previous experience in the Heavy Duty / Large Truck industry or automotive industry is considered an asset.

This role is responsible to maintain a clean and well-manicured warehouse and document inventory that both comes in and out of the branch.
Compensation Plan
- Attractive Compensation : Competitive hourly rate up to $27.75 / hr. with a minimum base hourly rate of $25.25 / hr.
