This course will give an overview of the emerging and advancing role of diet and supplements in athletics and performance.

3 hours weekly, on Thursdays 9 AM – 12 PM

Sessional Dates

Jan 6 to April 30, 2025, inclusive except : Feb 17-21 (No class : February reading week)

Salary

9,457.90 to $10,570.02

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a graduate degree (PhD preferred) in nutrition, kinesiology, or related discipline, demonstrated expertise in sports nutrition; teaching experience an asset

Duties

Normal teaching duties both in-person and / or online (i.e., plans course readings, plans content, co-ordinates guest speakers, provides lectures, sets and evaluates assignments, supports student learning, supervises TAs)
