Main responsibilities

This person will organize and participate in various meetings with ESG professionals and management from HDI's 15 plants worldwide. She will also assist in maintaining and improving the processes for monitoring ESG performance indicators and in preparing and communicating best management practices to enhance Héroux-Devtek's performance, with a particular focus on solutions integrated into business processes. She will contribute to creating awareness-raising content for the entire HDI workforce and targeted training materials for those responsible for environmental, health, and safety matters at the sites.

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health, Master's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health, Master's degree in Industrial Safety and Hygiene, DESS in Prevention and Management of Occupational Health and Safety, Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer, or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations (in progress)
• Functional English is essential for this role due to daily communication with Héroux-Devtek’s 15 sites
• Complete assigned tasks and mandates with diligence, professionalism, autonomy, and proactivity
• Respect the confidentiality of data and other information belonging to Héroux-Devtek
• Adhere to the standards in place at the internship site
• Demonstrate openness, active listening, and self-reflection
• Creativity and ability to simplify complex information to effectively communicate important messages
