Responsibilities

Web Design & Visual Aesthetics :

Apply key design principles (typography, hierarchy, balance, contrast, proportion) to develop modern, intuitive web interfaces.

Create high-fidelity mockups and UI components that are both visually appealing and functional.

Ensure consistency across projects while aligning designs with brand identity and business objectives.

User Experience & Interaction Design :

Develop conversion-focused, user-friendly designs with accessibility in mind.

Design responsive, mobile-first layouts for seamless cross-device experiences.

Implement design patterns and best practices to enhance user engagement and retention.

Collaboration & Implementation Support :

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

Provide design documentation, assets, and style guides for efficient collaboration.

Participate in design reviews and iterations to refine and enhance quality.

Industry Trends & Best Practices :

Stay updated on web design trends, UI frameworks, and accessibility standards.

Optimize designs for performance, SEO, and conversions.

Advocate for creativity, innovation, and higher design standards within the team.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and UX / UI principles.

Passion for design with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.

Experience working within design systems and component-based frameworks.

Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.

A problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
