Operation and maintenance of a 1st Class powerhouse that includes ammonia and refrigeration systems.Provide support and direction to tradespeople in maintaining the reliability of boiler and refrigeration, and water treatment services.Responsible for steam systems, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, water supply systems, and fire protection.Supervision of contracted services within the factory as required.Driving and supporting Continuous Improvement ideas along with problem solving & troubleshooting opportunities that arise on shift.Administrative responsibilities include budget control as well as task / time scheduling using relevant software and electronic reports as required.Administrative functions of a supervisory role, such as time keeping, vacation planning, taking call-ins, and finding replacements.Coaching & mentoring plant associates on change management and driving / sustaining positive business practices and tool applications on the shop floor.Oversees associate training.Liaison with corporate support for project management initiatives.Qualification Requirements :
