Hiring for an on-call shunter.

Location : Brampton, ON

Shift- Morning / Overnight

• Move and position trailers, containers, and trucks within the yard as directed.
• Perform regular yard checks to monitor trailer locations.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and yard staff to ensure efficient flow of equipment.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of shunt trucks / trailers.
• Complete basic paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents or delays.
• Valid drivers license
• Previous shunting, yard driving, or trucking experience an asset.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and yard operations.

Pay rate- $23 per / hour
