Position Summary

Woodview’s Brantford Autism Services is currently seeking a qualified, skilled and experienced individual to deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) based services both in-centre and community as part of our Brantford Autism Services team.

Job Responsibilities

• Instructor therapists work one-to-one and in small groups with children and youth with autism. Service hours are generally Monday to Friday from 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm with evening shifts from 5 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm and Saturday 8 : 30am to 12 : 30pm, as required.
• Working as part of a team, the instructor therapist is responsible for implementing programs under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and / or Senior Therapist. The instructor therapist is responsible for keeping accurate data, graphing, and for preparing and creating materials for clients.
• The instructor therapist will provide quality and supportive programming, in addition to contributing to a positive and team-based working environment.
• The hourly instructor therapist position will be available to cover sessions for vacation and staff illness in addition to regularly scheduled sessions each week.
• The instructor therapist may support Woodview’s mental health Day Treatment and Respite programs as needed.
