DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating Dashboards / Reports
  • ETLs / Deltas for product data into PIM environment : Includes mapping / matching / mining to look to relevant data
  • Product photography as required (training to be provided)
  • Maintains DAM environment (API, Python, Scripting)
  • Updates and maintains PIM environment
  • Normalizes data via Excel / Filemaker / Python for prepping files to inject into master PIM
  • Marketing analytics as required for projects within eCommerce
  • Supports ambassadors / training on Optimizely admin console
  • Uploads customer product lists to website occasionally
  • Website release testing and debugging
  • Support internal triaging of bugs / issues via ticketing platform
  • Other duties as assigned
  • SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerBI (asset, but not required)
  • Claris Filemaker (asset, but not required)
  • Python, SQL
  • General scripting knowledge
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Skilled in developing and integrating REST APIs
  • Adapts and learns new technology as required
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; ability to make quick decisions
  • Attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Proficient in using a personal computer, data entry terminal, and other common office equipment and software
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Efficient time management skills including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet goals and deadlines
  • Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • College diploma in Management Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent education and / or experience
  • Experience in cloud server maintenance would be considered  an asset
  • Working knowledge of management information systems, technology integration, and general data workflows / concepts
  • Final candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal record check. Employment is subject to screening completion that is satisfactory to Bartle & Gibson.
