Organizing and supervising employee tasks.
Adhering to production deadlines and making decisions and implementing corrective measures in case of production discrepancies, such as non-conformities.
Anticipating workforce needs and assessing current staffing requirements.

Job requirements
High school diploma and / or relevant training (an asset).
5 to 10 years of experience in the steel industry.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
