We are looking for great talent to join the Enterprise Security department to support our Identity and Access Management program. As part of our team, your general accountabilities will be to respond to identity and access management requests and incidents, administer user accounts and access privileges, assist in the development of an IAM roadmap and maintenance, troubleshooting and development of our programs and tools related to Identity and Access Management. You will have a strong understanding of security concepts and how they apply to IAM and be able to deliver training to both technical and non-technical staff.
Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations, you will work alongside and take direction from the Senior IAM Analyst developing Gore Mutual’s Identity and Access Management program and tools.
What will you do?
Support Gore Mutual’s Identity and Access Management program
- Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system
- Work closely with the broader Enterprise Security team and the IAM team to ensure the right people have access to the right resources using least privilege methodology
- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives
- Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations to improve IAM processes or prevent future occurrence of end user access issues
- Update and maintain documentation and records relevant to the daily operation of the IAM program
- Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges
- Develop IAM metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success
- Application and Infrastructure building
- Build, implement and manage environment solutions for Gore applications across Azure and AWS.
- Establish and manage CI / CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Contributing to the design of application and systems
- Follow Gore release management processes and standards.
- Work with vendor DevOps team to build and evolve Gore’s CI / CD pipeline
Assist in the development of Gore Mutual’s Identity and Access Management roadmap and associated activities
??Assist the Senior IAM Analyst in developing Gore Mutual’s IAM roadmap and associated policies and proceduresWork with technical support teams, business analysts, and brokers to understand access requirementsDevelop new access packages and RBAC profiles aligned with business requirements and least privilege methodologyMaintain accurate records of additions and modifications.Assist with projects and initiatives undertaken to improve Gore’s IAM programSupport Gore Mutual’s newly acquired Identity and Access Management tool
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IAM systemLead or assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the platformMonitoring user activity and generating reports to evaluate adherence to Gore policiesIdentifying and addressing identity and access management issuesWhat will you need to succeed in this role?
Community college or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management technologies, Microsoft Azure and Cyber Security concepts and methodologiesHands on experience with Single Sign On (SSO) ,Multi-Factor Authentication,Identity and Access Governance,Azure AD, Conditional Access and PIMFamiliarity with IAM concepts and best practices.Analytical skills are required to address Active Directory user and groups issues, Windows File share access management, and access control.Experience with IAM tools and software such as Microsoft Active Directory, Aquera, Okta, etcFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environmentFamiliarity with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.)Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to work independently.Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.Team player with a positive attitudeThis is hybrid role with expectation to be in-person at our Cambridge office.
