  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory
