Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people and solving problems proactively. In addition to effective communication with customers by phone and email, your mission will be to meet client needs efficiently and transparently. Your duties will also include accurate data entry across various platforms. Join our team, where your dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to our overall success.

This is a full-time position based at our head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers by phone and email.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.
Enter data accurately across various platforms.
Support technical support specialists as needed.

Required Skills

High school diploma required. College diploma in administration or marketing is an asset.

Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both French and English.

Technical knowledge of power wheelchairs is an asset.

Team-oriented mindset.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, make decisions, prioritize work, and demonstrate professionalism.
