  • Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory

  • Leading / instructing individuals
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns
  • Providing customer service
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations
  • Supervising staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests, your team, and yourself
  • This is a fast paced, often physically demanding environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.

    Previous management experience working in food service or customer service is a definite asset.
