Mill-Turn Machinist

NWI Precision specializes in high-precision machining of helicopter masts, turbine shafts, engine thrust links, and nuclear pressure vessel components for the aerospace and nuclear industries worldwide. We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists specializing in Mill-Turn operations to join our team for the afternoon shift . If you have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and experience working with tight tolerances, we want to hear from you. Qualifications : Minimum five years of experience in aerospace manufacturing (preferred) Proficiency in tight tolerance machining Extensive experience working with high-quality metals such as Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel Strong understanding of measuring equipment and quality control processes High school diploma or GED required Effective English communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to interpret written work procedures Must pass a clear background check Eligible to register under the Controlled Goods Program Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada What We Offer : Competitive pay based on experience and skill Full-time position with overtime paid after 40 hours per week Shift premium for afternoon shift (Shift starts at 4 : 30 PM; premium applies to shifts beginning after 12 : 30 PM) Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance Company contributions to the retirement savings plan (RSP) Training plan provided Complimentary uniform service Reimbursement for safety shoes and safety glasses Join a team where precision and quality matter.
