Qualifications
Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario.Current CPR Certificate and IV Initiation Skills.Excellent communication skills.Documented commitment to continuing education through inservice, staff meetings and self-motivated learning.Experience in Medical / Surgical Nursing within the past 2 years.Central Line Management experience.Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision making, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.Satisfactory Attendance for internal applicants.Skilled in good customer relations.Commitment to working in a patient focused care environment.Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check.Woodstock Hospital is committed to promoting compassionate and respectful patient care.
