From sponsoring players to filming tournaments and creating a lost/found program, to providing fresh nutritious greens for our community, we are passionate about promoting our various offerings and fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail sector and a desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining the store's appearance, and promoting products and events. The role involves working for all three companies True North Disc Golf, Inflo Vape and Blushing Microgreens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Promote store promotions, events, and community initiatives.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Passion for the products we offer is an asset.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
