Saw Operator

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate Elumetec saw equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret Travelers / BOM / Drawings to determine material dimensions and cutting requirements.
• Measure and mark material for cutting with high accuracy using tape measures, calipers, and other tools.
• Select appropriate saw blades and machine settings based on material type and desired cut.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on saw equipment.
• Assist with unloading, storing, and organizing raw material stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team members in fabrication, assembly, and finishing departments.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
