Condominium Property Manager

Qualifications for Condominium Property Managers on our team are as follows :

MUST be

• Licensed through the RECA
• Minimum - years experience in managing condominium or HOA properties.
• You must love dealing with people
• Problem solving along with strong organizational and negotiating skills is what will make you successful.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
• You will have crazy hours dealing with homeowners’ largest asset ever.

Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents.
