We are looking to hire an account management professional for our growing team in the lower mainland. The position is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in a fast-paced customer-centric environment, values the importance of health and wellness and exudes such on a day-to-day scale.

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for fitness centre operations working along side with other members of the leadership team. Details below —

• Generate sales via lead generation, network marketing and marketing efforts
• Take advantage of making sales via memberships, retail, private training or instructor training
• Plan and implement promotional events in the community
• Ensure membership dues are UpToDate
• Supervise newer sales representatives
• Maintain an orderly fitness environment which suits the brand
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year managing a fitness center OR 2 years in sales management in retail or service sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills | confident | energetic | friendly
• Health and wellness advocate
• Sales hunter who does not easily give up
• Strong leadership skills – if successful, the position will transition into sales management within the following year
• Enjoys using social media marketing to help with sales
• Double – vaccinated on Covid preferred

The position pays a salary plus uncapped commissions based on fitness centres net revenue and number of memberships per month. Historical total income of other Fitness Sales Managers per year is between $75k to $85k per year. Remember, commissions are uncapped, you CAN definitely make more than this!
