Crew Scheduling & Labour Management
Scheduling freelance crew using scheduling software and time tracking systemsSending availability inquiries and job offers to freelance networkManaging crew bookings, confirmations, and real-time adjustmentsExporting and distributing call sheets for eventsCoordinating onboarding for new contractors including documentation and rate setupsManaging vacation and time-off requests for full-time employeesArranging cross-border crew travel including flights, accommodations, schedulesServing as primary communication hub for freelance contractorForecasting labour needs for upcoming eventsFinancial Processing & Project Reconciliation

EXPECTATIONS TIMELINE

Master scheduling software, time tracking systems, and workflow management toolsBuild relationships with key freelance crew members and vendor partnersUnderstand scheduling processes and invoice reconciliation proceduresShadow weekly operations meetings and learn project coordination protocolsBy Month 3
