Account Executive, Prestige Division – ACI Beauty (2 positions : London & GTA)
London Position covers : Southwest Ontario region from Hamilton, London and Windsor.
GTA Position covers : Toronto, and East GTA
Job Description :
The Account Executive representing the Beauty Division uses his / her skills to build ACI Beauty brands at the retail level. Your mandate will be to provide strategic, operational, and creative leadership in directing the development of sales, maintenance of merchandising and implementation of strategic company plans. Vital to this position is the implementation of key objectives for business growth and development of our brands in the Canadian Market.
Essential Functions :
- Successful execution of all product launches
- Liaising with key accounts
- Building and developing positive business relationships with store management and sales force
- Training and talent development
- Managing annual regional plans for retail sales
- Maintaining and adhering to annual spending budgets
- Establishing strong relationships with accounts
- Develop strategic call cycle while working within budget parameters.
- Provide in-depth training in all retailers to the sales teams across your designated territory.
- Organize shipments and assets flow to achieve targets.
- Manage returns.
- Plan and execute successful and unique events specializing in customer engagement and reattainment.
Demonstration / Team Management
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, motivating, and managing freelance fragrance advisors.Responsible for personal daily in store sales performance and targets of freelancersResponsible to lead by example in product sales, link selling techniques and customer service.Required Qualifications / Experience :
University Degree or College Diploma in business related disciplines is a plusStrong leadership, analytical, negotiating, and organizational abilitiesMinimum 3 years retail sales / account management experience, ideally in the cosmetic and fragrance / beauty industryValid driver’s license, reliable car, and the ability to travel to all assigned accounts.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust be detailed oriented and able to do multitask.Ability to proactively anticipate staffing needs, including sourcing, and selecting talent to deliver business objectives.On occasion, must have flexibility to work on weekends.If you are interested in pursuing this exciting opportunity, please forward your resume and cover letter by clicking on the apply button.
