Job Summary

Position: Carpenter
Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan

The Carpenter will restore residential and commercial property after incidents such as fire, water, storm, or vehicle damage. This role requires quick, high‑quality work across all construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and collaboratively with other carpenters.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry as needed.
• Complete minor drywall, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other trades.
• Identify potential project issues and report them to the Project Manager.
• Maintain all customer satisfaction and represent the brand.
• Execute all production processes, including vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Uphold uniform and policy guidelines and keep jobsites clean and organized.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure team efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and products at the highest standard.
• Communicate with office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in rough and finish carpentry.
• Drywall and painting experience (required). Minor electrical and plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of industry‑standard construction techniques and methods.
• Awareness of safety standards and protocols.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and drug‑free.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep equipment clean.
• Comfortable lifting at least 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• Commitment to community service and servant‑based leadership.

Compensation

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour
