Job Description
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, your responsibilities will include developing, configuring, and customizing the platform according to business requirements as well as providing direction to the team and business partners.
We are seeking a Lead who has experience and an enthusiasm for delivering top-notch software solutions and can act as a Subject Matter Expert on the entire platform.
The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities.
Requirements
- Experience supporting the administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow ITSM Modules
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, the skills to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and / or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem and Change, Service Catalog
- Experience with Javascript and HTML / HTML 5
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and SAM Pro
- Experience with IntegrationHub and OAuth
- Experience with custom and scoped applications
- Able to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Able to produce clear documentation
- Proficiency with unit testing of your own work
- Able to mentor junior team members
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
Additional Helpful Skills
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Presentation skills to demo your work to the business
- Experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Sound to advanced knowledge of the business, technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages and operating systems
Salary range : $77,700 - $157,000

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
