As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and leverage your expertise to enhance and optimize IT Service Management processes.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development : Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ITSM processes and requirements, ensuring the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational goals.
• ITIL Implementation : Apply ITIL best practices to design and implement efficient and standardized workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with ITIL principles.
• Configuration and Customization : Perform configuration changes and customizations in ServiceNow, including the development of workflows, forms, business rules, and UI actions.
• Integration : Work on integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems, applications, and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and business units, to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
