Your role

Assigned to the Radio-Canada News department in Montreal, you will assist the producer in designing, planning, preparing and presenting live programming, in an automated control room, in line with corporate standards and policies.

Please note that these are on-call positions.

Your profile:

Qualifications:

• College diploma (DCS) or equivalent

• Three (3) years’ relevant experience that includes taking live programs to air in a news environment

Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of automated control room operations

• Good knowledge of on-air presentation software (iNews)

• Good knowledge of the Avid and Vizrt software suites

• Solid command of French (working language)

• English is an asset

• Good general knowledge, especially of current events

• Good knowledge of all aspects of television production
