Job Title : Organizational Change Management Consultant

Location : Hybrid - Ottawa, ON (Required 10-12 days on-site per month)

Start Date : 01-24-2025

Language : English and French

Salary : Negotiable

Security Clearance : Reliability Status

Duration : 12 Months with the possibility of extension

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant for our Federal Government client.

  • Provide change management advisory services to senior executives for significant business transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and divisional planning sessions.
  • Deliver change management capacity building sessions to senior leaders in the way of formal and informal learning events.
  • Deliver change management training for front-line employees, as required.
  • Provide advice to senior leaders and employees in the areas of change management business transformation.
  • Provide assistance to project teams, as required.
  • Work with existing project teams to provide advisory services in the areas of stakeholder engagement, change management, awareness planning and resistance management as well as additional areas of focus.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to ensure understanding of client needs and support effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide advice and guidance on matters relating to business transformation practices and methodologies.
  • Other related activities and deliverables, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience facilitating meetings / sessions with small and large groups in both official languages.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in delivering training to an adult audience on technical and non-technical subject matters in both official languages.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience providing advisory services to senior executives in both official languages.
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI or other).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, particularly in writing clear and concise documents for a technical audience.
  • Additional Qualifications
