Job description

This worldwide company is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support with the availability, rental, bookings of equipment. Located in an easy access area of Westmount and is looking to hire a contractual position that could lead to a permanent one with many opportunities of growth!

Position : Bilingual Equipment Coordinator

Duration : Contract to permanent

Location : At the border of Westmount and Downtown Montreal

Salary : $23 - $25 hourly

Schedule : Daytime Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls
  • Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries
  • Act as liaison between customer and sales
  • Update requests when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, including containers, trucks, and more.
  • Track equipment usage
  • Respond to equipment-related emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents, and implement solutions to minimize downtime

    • Qualifications

  • Based in or around Montreal
  • Forwarding / shipping, transportation experience is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's.
  • Sales Force / CRM an asset
  • Bilingual (French & English) an asset
