Position Summary
We have an exciting term specific part time (0.50 FTE) opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join the Interior Health Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) team in Kelowna, B.C. This term position is until December 31, 2025.

This role offers the Clinical Psychologist an opportunity of working autonomously and independently while practicing assessment and psychotherapy with a population that tends to be diverse and more complex.

What will you work on?
The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for providing psychological services, including assessment, individual and group therapy, treatment planning and behaviour management interventions for the assigned clinical practice area(s). In addition to direct service provision, the Clinical Psychologist contributes to ongoing quality improvement, program development, evaluation, and research. The position supports a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to service delivery within the continuum of Allied Health services.

Shift types for this position are days and shift times are from 08 : 00 to 16 : 00, 12 : 15 to 16 : 00 hours. Days of work are Wednesday to Friday.

Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience :
Please note Interior Health welcomes applications from new graduates who have less than five years of work experience. Successful applicants will be provided with any post-doctoral supervision needed to achieve registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia. The number of hours per week (Full Time Equivalency) can be negotiated for many of our posted psychology positions.
