We are recruiting for a Developmental Support Worker Awake Nights - Specialized , to work as a Specialized Resource Coordinator Awake Nights providing quality support to high-need individuals residing in the Treatment Home and Specialized Resource locations. This position provides guidance and direct support in areas identified as necessary related to activities of daily living, personal care, communication, emotional, physical and mental health, safety, finances, and relationship development to foster independence.

Compensation package :

• Work up to 42 hours per week, working 12-hour day shifts ;
• Required to work weekends and public holidays as scheduled;
• Minimum starting rate of pay is $29.16 per hour ;
• Employer paid confidential EAP program for you and your family members;
