Your daily life :
We are looking for a Director of HR Systems to join our dynamic team within an innovative and rapidly growing company in the high-tech sector. As the person responsible for managing HR systems, you will supervise a team of around 3 collaborators and be in charge of the administration, optimization, and smooth operation of the Dayforce HR management system.
In this role, you will :
Supervision of the Dayforce HR System
- Ensure the proper functioning and performance of the Dayforce system used for HR and payroll management.
- Oversee the system's evolution based on the company's needs (integration of new features, configurations, process updates).
- Ensure the configurations are compliant with current legislation and the company's internal standards.
- Safeguard personal data security and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR).
Management of Team
Lead and support a team of 5 collaborators (HR system specialists, payroll managers, etc.), ensuring their professional development and achievement of operational goals.Organize team meetings, set objectives, monitor performance, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Optimization of HR Processes
Analyze current processes and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors or redundancies.Establish performance indicators to monitor progess.Identify and resolve technical or functional issues arising in the use of the system.Coordination with Other Departments
Work closely with the HR, Finance, IT departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the integrated and smooth management of information.Ensure clear and effective communication with operational teams, providing technical and functional support to resolve payroll and HR system-related issues.Actively participate in Due Diligence during sales and acquisitions by analyzing HR systems to ensure their compliance and integration into merger and acquisition operations.Collaborate with the Finance teams to develop, monitor, and adjust HR budgets, ensuring the optimization of costs related to human resources.Manage workforce planning and management in line with the company’s financial and strategic needs and contribute to the creation of short- and medium-term workforce forecasts.Coordinate with the relevant departments to manage HR reports and update data, ensuring that practices are in compliance with applicable regulations.Ensure the follow-up of complex administrative processes while optimizing procedures to maximize the efficiency of HR management.Provide daily operational support to resolve technical or operational issues related to the Dayforce system, while ensuring continuous training of the HRIS team.Technology and Regulatory Monitoring
Continuously monitor technological and legislative developments in HR systems.What We're Looking For :
University degree in computer science, information systems management, or a relevant related field.Over 10 years of experience in managing HR systems and leading teams.Experience in a holding company or the ability to demonstrate experience in integrating recently acquired companies (a plus).Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors, and employees.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to understand the needs of various business units / HR partners and translate them into effective technical HR solutions.Ability to effectively communicate technical challenges to stakeholders.Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cultures.You Will Be Offered :
