We are looking for an Intermediate Hydrogeologist with a specialization in groundwater modelling to join our Ontario Hydrogeology Team, located in one of our GTA offices (Toronto / Mississauga / Cambridge / St Catharines / Barrie). You will provide numerical modelling support for various hydrogeological, environmental, and engineering investigations related to multi-disciplinary development projects.

What you’ll do here

• Work with interdisciplinary project teams on highly complex projects to challenge and grow your skills.
• Support the development and implementation of numerical groundwater flow models for a wide range of projects, including :
• Large-scale open-pit and underground mining operations
• Regional and local scale hydrogeological assessments
• Municipal source water protection studies
• Dewatering assessments for infrastructure projects
• Compile field and other data for interpretation and analysis.
• Collaborate with intermediate and senior hydrogeologists to provide technical services for mining and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical support and complete hydrogeological analyses, visualizations, and contribute to conceptual site models.
• Work both independently and in a team setting under the direction of senior specialists.
• Prepare technical documents and reports.
• Assist more senior staff with the development and preparation of project proposals.
