Summary

As a Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team at CI Financial, you will play a crucial role in advisor satisfaction overseeing all aspects of servicing a dedicated group of Assante advisors. You will lead a team of 10-12 service and operations professionals to ensure your advisor team can deliver top quality experience to their end clients. Your responsibilities will involve understanding advisors' strategies, collaborating with them to enhance their business, and ensuring the seamless operation of the client service team. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry, advisor practices, and proven abilities to effectively communicate and engage with advisors. You will have the opportunity to be accountable for end to end workflow on service and processing requests coming to your team providing you with a unique amount of ownership and influence for your advisor team.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage an assigned client service team, ensuring excellence in performance and task execution.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining organization and promptly addressing escalated items.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities.
  • Provide invaluable support to advisors by identifying areas for business improvement and offering strategic solutions.
  • Effectively track team statistics to manage the volume of inquiries and ensure team performance is optimal
  • Collaborate closely with the back office for escalations and identify workflow efficiencies.

Qualifications :

  • At least five years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries.
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Prior experience leading service teams within B2B or complex clients would be an asset
  • Ability to interpret data and use as a tool to coach your team
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with industry-related client service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team.
