Pay Range

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP provided pay range: CA$165,000.00/yr - CA$200,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Our Real Estate group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is growing. We are looking for an Associate with four to six years of experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of commercial real property to join our group in the Vancouver office.

Blakes has one of the largest, top real estate practices in Canada. The lawyers in our Commercial Real Estate group have expertise in all areas of real estate law. We advise some of Canada’s largest real developers, real estate advisers, banks, pension funds, fund managers, insurance companies, REITs, retail and other commercial property owners and occupiers, governments and government agencies, and hotel owners and operators. We assist our clients with all their real estate requirements, including ownership, investment and transaction structuring; acquisition and disposition of all classes of real property assets; financing, real property ownership structures, cross-border investments, leasing and asset management, REITs, construction and development agreements, infrastructure projects, and workouts and restructurings.
