Position : Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) Clinic Instructor

Location : VaCC Burnaby

Reports To : Campus Director / RMT Coordinator

Salary : $40.00 (Clinic supervision) - $45.00-$50.00 / hour (Instructor)

Position Overview

As an RMT Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of massage therapy professionals. You will provide hands‑on instruction support students through their academic journey, ensuring they are well‑prepared for successful careers. This position offers an opportunity to share your expertise while staying engaged in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum and program objectives.
• Create dynamic lesson plans and teaching aids to meet diverse student needs.
• Offer personalized feedback to students, tracking their progress and development.
• Foster a positive and professional learning environment for students and colleagues.
• Participate in curriculum development and updates to keep courses relevant.
• Maintain professional industry knowledge and skills.
• Report student progress and any issues to the Campus Director or Coordinator.
• Keep accurate attendance records and submit required forms promptly.
• Ensure online course materials are up‑to‑date and consistent with current textbooks.
