What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will contribute to :
Provide executive-level governance and project management of the confidential Industrialization projects across all Bombardier sitesPrepare and present roadmaps, dashboards, and progress status updates at governance meetings with the management committeeUnderstand and manage requirements for complex industrial, contractual, legal, or financial solutionsSupport the preparation of financial data for business cases from various functions and support financial activities and final analysisCollaborate to develop, deploy, and improve the industrial strategyDevelop and maintain the detailed project plans aligned with the overall program roadmapEnsure integration of the project within the broader program structure and dependenciesDefine and track project performance metrics (schedule adherence, risk, quality)Prepare and deliver progress reports for management and stakeholdersIdentify and escalate issues and risks promptly with mitigation recommendationsMaintain the action register, track follow-ups, and ensure timely closureOrganize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committeesAct as the primary point of contact between the project team, the Industrialization PMO, and other workstreamsEnsure timely and clear communication across all stakeholdersSupport lessons learned and knowledge transfer activitiesPerform ad hoc analysis as requested by managementHow to thrive in this role?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, finance, project management or another relevant disciplineYou have a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in a complex manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred) including project / program managementYou have developed good engineering, project management, operations management, and contractual management knowledge through your work.You show clear enthusiasm in developing your skills and acquiring further experience in project management methodologies, and financial governanceYou have direct knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry from the factory floor (asset)You have strong communication, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder / interpersonal management skills at all levels; you show an ability to lead and guide without formal authorityYou are on the lookout for new trends in the aerospace field and continuous improvementYou demonstrate a facility to manage multiple priorities and overcome setbacksYou like to have a high level of responsibilityYou are recognized as having a high level of initiative, autonomy, and innovation, and you have a good practical senseAnalytical mindset for metrics and performance trackingYou master Microsoft Office and Teams tools including MS ProjectYou can work on site at our Pearson facility (Toronto) at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as requiredYou can travel for work up to 25% to Montreal or to international locations, depending on business needsAn ability to work in Spanish and / or French is not required but would be considered an assetNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
