On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise‑scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility / 5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and delivering end‑to‑end technical strategies for large, complex enterprise solutions. This role combines a broad understanding of Bell’s core service offerings—Network, Security, Data Centre, Collaboration, Contact Centre, and Mobility—with emerging technologies from Bell’s tech services portfolio (AI Fabric, Ateko, BellCyber). The Enterprise Architect ensures solutions are architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with client objectives while meeting compliance and operational requirements.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Enterprise Architect provides technical leadership, develops solution roadmaps, and supports business development activities. The role requires strong technical judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate end‑to‑end technical solutions for large enterprise opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Bell standards.
• Develop account‑specific technology strategies that support client objectives and future‑state architectures.
• Evaluate solutions for total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), and consumption forecasting.
• Work with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are consistent, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to clients, focusing on business outcomes and operational feasibility.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout solution design and implementation.
• Maintain knowledge of Bell’s service portfolio and emerging technologies to guide solution design and innovation.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Additional Information

In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
