Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing in-person counselling services for professional clients of the TELUS Health Care Clinic in Edmonton.
What You'll Do :
Provide confidential, high-touch counselling services toprofessionals, executives, and corporate clients
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans fordiscerning clients with complex professional demands
Deliver expert clinical care that meets the elevated expectations ofcorporate and professional clientele
Support clients navigating the unique challenges ofhigh-performance careers and leadership roles
What you bring :
Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
Minimum five (5) years of post-masters clinical experience
Professional Registration - ACSW, CAP, CC
Knowledge of clinical assessment tools with experience conducting substance abuse assessments & mental health assessment
Ability to assess all types of psycho-social disorders and develop treatment plan
Strong report writing skills & case management skills
Experience supporting mandated clients
Experience working in an inpatient / outpatient substance abuse treatment facility considered an asset
Basic knowledge of community resources around Edmonton
