Production Supervisor - night shift

I'm currently looking for a Production and Sanitation Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing company based in Lachine. This permanent night-shift role is central to ensuring sanitation excellence and smooth production restarts.Your RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you'll oversee the sanitation program and manage night-shift operations related to cleaning, shutdown, and startup preparation. You'll ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while leading a motivated team.* Lead, coach and motivate the sanitation team.* Supervise equipment disassembly, cleaning, reassembly and sanitation of the production environment.* Conduct pre-shift meetings, set goals and monitor team performance.* Perform Gemba walks, track priorities and maintain communication between shifts.* Participate in audits and drive corrective action plans related to sanitation.* Manage inventory and safe use of cleaning agents and chemicals.* Maintain and improve sanitation procedures and documentation.Your Profile* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.* 3 to 5 years of experience in production or sanitation supervision.* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.* Organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.* Team-oriented, with excellent communication abilities.* Flexibility to adapt working hours based on operational needs.Working Conditions* Permanent full-time position - Night shift.* Competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000, depending on experience.* Stable manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety and collaboration.* Strong internal growth and development opportunities
