Key Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS or other technology-related field that does B2B customer service is a plus.
• Experience in eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience in multi-media / social media / content writing / in marketing agency setting.
• This is a startup, so you need to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Demonstrated excellent performance in prior roles : Skilled at setting priorities and working to target timelines and metrics.
• Being a team player : have a global view of the activity and backlog, and collaborate and communicate with other offices in China.
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week with most holidays
