Job Description
You will report to the Manager, Global Compensation and will support team members as well as HR managers and partners regarding various requests related to total compensation programs. Among other things, you will need to respond to questions related to compensation, but also assist the team in carrying out various activities such as the annual salary review, management of short-term incentive compensation, job evaluation, and market analyses.

Qualifications
You have one to three years of experience in data analysis and compensation, and a university degree in human resources, actuarial science, finance, or a related field. You are passionate about numbers. You are also recognized for :
